Further technical equipment
Our plastic cards can be equipped with technologies. Depending on the intended use, the cards will have an RFID chip and/or a contact chip.
Additional card functions
Depending on the application purpose, we can add additional functions to your RFID chip card and enhance its field of use. We can provide, among other things, magnetic stripes, QR-codes and barcodes, Thermal-Re-Write-function signature panels or scratch-off panel. In addition, there is the possibility to produce your card as a temperature-resistant and break-proof LongLife card.
Security and forgery protection
You can protect your RFID card from forgery and manipulation with special security foils and printings. We offer different variants and procedures to keep your media safe.
Attached you will find some detailed information regarding our security procedures. With the so-called Duogram TM we provide a new and unique possibility to protect your badges and cards from forgery and manipulation. The affordable tool costs and repro costs (less than 10% of the costs of a real hologram) and the fast and simplified artwork process make the Duogram TM the perfect solution for small and middle size quantities.
Duogram TM is a security feature made of latest image technologies which are applied to the card via hot-foil embossing. This surface finishing combines the optically variable and high-resolution security features of a hologram such as kinetic effects or micro logos with chrome-, metallic- or effect-foils as well as detailed stampings and shapes. Furthermore, a seperate effect can be added to each viewing angle to create even more individuality and authentication. Creativity is nearly unlimited in this regard. Duogram TM and holographic images can be generated in freely selectable shapes and embossed customer-specifically as a 2D or 3D motive. The resulting effects are not only unique but also increase the copy protection and forgery protection significantly.

Further security techniques can be applied via printing method. You will find an overview here:
- Metallic pigment inks: Exclusivity increase by dint of valuable product impression, includes metallic pigments in gold, silver and further colors, available in different gradations, glazing reprintable.
- UV-fluorescent print: only visual under ultraviolet light, non-copyable, not reproducible.
- Microtype, Guilloches and Iris/rainbow print: Non-copyable with common printers, details only visible by optical aid (e.g. magnifying glass), optional with color gradient (Iris/rainbow print).
Finishing options
With our diverse processing possibilities and production methods we are able to upgrade your RFID chip cards in a visual and haptic way according to your wishes. Individual embossings, motive prints as well as stampings are only three examples of our possibilities. We guarantee to find the best solution for you.
Special formats
Even if RFID chip cards are mainly used in cheque card format according to ISO/IEC 7810, we are also able to produce special formats for you in our in-house production. Whatever is needed, we will produce it for you.
