Saying Goodbye is hard!

At the end of this year, we have to say Goodbye to our highly valued employee Detlef Kammerer, who is starting his well-deserved retirement.

Detlef started his career at MADA in September 2015 with the takeover by MADA of his company CTG with which he had almost 10 successful years. CTG’s customers and orders were taken over seamlessly and without any problems despite the integration into MADA.

Right from the beginning at MADA, he has been responsible for product management & project supervision. During this time, he has introduced new, in-house developed products for ID card personalization together with his colleagues, such as the web- and cloud-based solutions ID.service & ID.office Sky, which are the basis for future system platforms and the best precondition for market-driven, highly modern and flexible solutions.

„During my time at MADA, I have been able to gain new experiences and acquire and realize new knowledge. I has always having an interesting & diversified job. Lots of things have happened and changed with regard to technologies during that time, which required a constant update of my personal level of knowledge.“

Detlef has spent 40 of 50 years of his working life in the field of identification, card- and personalization systems.

 „During those 40 years, I have come to know MADA as a pleasant competitor, partner company and finally as an employer. In all areas, I have experienced a comfortable, fair and loyal atmosphere. I will really miss the MADA-team. It has always been fun to take care of the products and customers and solve tasks and sometimes a problem together with my colleagues. I am retiring with one eye crying and one eye laughing.“

Despite his retirement, Detlef is unlikely to get bored. His hobbies such as music, sports and traveling will keep him on his toes.

And we wish Detlef a wonderful retirement, which is really hard-earned after his successful working life! His positive, cheerful manner and his excellent work he has realized for MADA will be missed a lot here!
