How it works
Capture of employee data
You capture the employee data in the system installed.
Verification and photograph
The colleagues verify the data and take a picture, e.g. with the smartphone.
Approval by only one click
As soon as picture and data are reviewed, you give your approval for processing by one click.
Production and dispatch
The new employee card will be produced according to your design and we will send it to your employee.
Activation
After receipt of the ID card, it has to be approved by the employee via QR-scan or PIN. And that’s it!
